They put a new roof on my mother’s house recently and did some repair work inside to her ceiling. We had them do some work on our house previously and were extremely pleased with the results. When my mother discovered she needed a new roof, we did not hesitate to get her set up with CK Superior Roofing. He makes sure the work is done correctly because his reputation is on the line. I would like to say that this company did an amazing job! The roof and sunroom completely damaged from a very bad storm. They worked with our insurance company to get what we needed done and went above and beyond to get more than what we would have asked for. We have a brand new roof and brand new sun room and gutters with screen. Since ck superior roofing worked with our insurance we got over 20k to fix our home and had to only pay for our deductible. They did and amazing job and bargaining with our insurance to try to get it brand new and done. Only took less than five days to finish after the insurance company agreed to the terms. I am not usually a reviewer because when they are good or to good then you question the validity of the review.  I am breaking my own rule for CK Superior Roofing and Cecilio!

After a pretty significant hail storm this past summer of 2023 I didn't even think about any damage to my home.  Several roofing contractors were persistently knocking on doors and leaving fliers in and on our neighborhood mailboxes.  I don't do ambulance chasing contractors so we ignored the contacts.  It was a few weeks later when our across the street neighbor had his insurance company assess his home for damage to his siding.  When the adjuster came out he indicated that the siding was fine however he needed a new roof due to all the hail strikes.  CK Superior Roof was a recommendation so he gave them a call.  Over the next day and a half I watched as Cecilio and his crew worked my neighbors roof and gutters over.  I was amazed at how fast and hard the crew was working.  After talking with my neighbor and hearing his story I thought what the heck.  I spoke to Cecilio and asked him if he wouldn't mind looking at my roof.  I wasn't expecting much as we just had it looked at a year ago.

About an hour later Cecilio and a member of his crew dawned a ladder and climbed on the roof.  They were up there for over 30 minutes which concerned me.  I stepped back to the street so I could see what was going on and Cecilio had dozens of circles and boxes drawn on our roof and gutters with chalk.  He was taking pictures of everything.  He even did this to our siding and garage doors.   Once he was completed he traversed from the roof and met with me.  He flipped through all the pics and showed me first hand of all the damaging hail strikes.  He said this was in much need of replacement and that I should file a claim with our insurance.  Cecilio said that if we did decide the file to just get him the claim number and he would take care of the rest.
Feeling confident that Cecilio and crew did such an amazing job on our neighbors we decided we need not look any further.  My wife called the insurance and filed for a claim.  We received the claim number and turned it over to Cecilio.  That was it.  We did not have to do another thing.  Cecilio filled out, filed the paperwork, and submitted the photo's, even for the garage doors and siding.  With-in a week our claim was granted with a few adjustments and yes even the siding and garage doors were approved.  Cecilio did such a through job and knew what to submit that the only thing we had to do is pick out our roof shingles, gutters, and garage doors.  We could not have been happier.  Cecilio even pointed out that due to how our bathroom exhaust vents vent out through the soffit it was not good. The moisture could damage any of the wood sheeting with mold.  Cecilio offered to put in vents if I wanted and only charged me what he was.  That is unheard of from a contractor not taking in a little more money.  Cecilio did it because it was the right thing to do to save me from any further damage caused by moisture to my home.

Cecilio and his crew were clean, quiet (as a roofer can be), respectful, and quick.  Cecilio was in constant contact so we knew everything upfront.  He kept his timeline, we didn't have materials or a dumpster sitting in our driveway for more than a couple of days.  Cecilio and his crew ended up doing literally 8 out of the 10 homes in the sight line of my front door.  The 2 that did not use CK Superior Roofing used the flier leaving squad.  I am so glad that we did not use them.  They had crews that played their radio so loud that I could hear it inside. my own home.  Took more smoke breaks than pounded nails, and had a disrespect for our neighborhood and their own safety.

Over the few weeks Cecilio was in our neighborhood we talked a lot and I can say we truly became friends.  I would not only welcome the opportunity to have CK Superior Roofing work on my home again but I would welcome Cecilio and family into my home as a friend!
